By using our car and bike detailing and wash services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Customer” refers to any individual or business that purchases detailing or wash services from Sicarz.
1.2 “Service” refers to any wash or detailing service for cars or bikes offered by Sicarz.
1.3 “Vehicle” refers to any car or bike entrusted by the customer for services provided by Sicarz.

2. Service Provision

2.1 Sicarz offers wash, detailing, and protective services for vehicles, as described on our website and promotional materials.
2.2 Sicarz reserves the right to amend or modify service offerings, prices, and schedules at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated via our official channels.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our service center.
3.2 Payments are accepted via cash, credit/debit card, or online transfer.
3.3 Full payment must be completed before the vehicle is handed back to the customer. No partial payment or credit facilities are provided.

4. Customer Obligations

4.1 The customer must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before availing of any service. Sicarz is not liable for loss or damage to any personal items left inside the vehicle.
4.2 The customer must disclose any pre-existing damage to the vehicle before service.
4.3 Any special requirements or areas of concern should be communicated to the Sicarz team before service commencement.
4.4 The customer is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is fully covered by insurance and agrees to indemnify Sicarz from any claims related to vehicle insurance coverage.
4.5 Accidents and any unintentional damages that occur during the pickup and delivery of the vehicle are covered by the customer’s personal car insurance.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimer

5.1 All services provided by Sicarz are performed by trained professionals using industry-grade tools and materials. However, Sicarz does not guarantee that every defect, stain, or scratch on a vehicle can be completely removed.
5.2 Customers acknowledge that detailing and cleaning can reveal previously hidden damages. Sicarz will not be liable for any such damages that become visible post-service.
5.3 Sicarz will not be responsible for any mechanical or electrical faults in the vehicle unrelated to the services rendered.

6. Liability

6.1 While every precaution is taken to protect your vehicle, Sicarz is not liable for damage caused by natural wear and tear or pre-existing conditions in the vehicle.
6.2 The customer agrees to release Sicarz from any claims of liability for damages or losses arising from the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.3 The liability of Sicarz, in any event, is capped to the total payment paid by the customer for the service rendered.
6.4 Sicarz shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, vehicle downtime, loss of income, or missed deadlines due to delay in service completion.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
7.2 For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 15% of the service cost will be charged.
7.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, under Indian laws.
8.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration, conducted by a single arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Sicarz values customer privacy and collects only necessary personal information. This information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling services and maintaining records.
9.2 Sicarz will not disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law or to protect Sicarz’s legal rights.

10. Indemnity

10.1 The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sicarz, its employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the customer’s use of services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

11.1 Sicarz reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically Tamil Nadu.
